Since 2004, Miss Jenny has been a dedicated educator at Verney College, teaching History (Grades 10–12), English and Creative Arts (Grades 8–9), and supporting learners with extra classes and assessments. Passionate about literacy and student growth, she also led public speaking teams and organize library fundraising initiatives.
With over two decades of teaching experience at Verney College since 2004, this versatile educator specializes in History for Grades 10 to 12, English and Creative Arts for Grades 8 and 9, and has previously taught History of Art and Life Orientation. Holding a BA and BA Honours in English and related fields from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as a PGCE from UNISA, she are deeply committed to academic excellence and student support. Beyond teaching, Mrs Jenny moderates senior assessments, lead public speaking teams, and organizes fundraising to enrich the school library. Their interests include reading, cooking, history, and history of art, which enrich her dynamic approach to education and student engagement.
