Mr. Proude "Mondli" Dlamini is a passionate and experienced educator at Verney College, teaching Mathematics to Grades 4–7 and Natural Science to Grades 4 and 5. With over 20 years of experience and a strong belief in nurturing each child’s potential, he is committed to inspiring and guiding learners toward excellence.
Proude Dlamini, affectionately known as Mondli, is a dedicated educator with more than two decades of experience in teaching and training. He holds a Diploma in Education from the University of Zimbabwe (1998) and a National Certificate in Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support (NQF Level 3) through SERVICES SETA. His career spans both education and corporate training, having worked as a trainer and facilitator for AEGIS in partnership with the Department of Home Affairs, where he earned multiple performance awards.
Currently teaching Mathematics to Grades 4–7 and Natural Science to Grades 4 and 5 at Verney College, Mr. Dlamini is deeply passionate about developing young minds and shaping future leaders grounded in Ubuntu and cultural awareness. His mission is to leave a lasting impact on learners, parents, and colleagues by ensuring no child is left behind in today’s rapidly changing world. Teaching is not just his profession—it is his calling.
